That really depends on the size of the dubias you feed. I like dubias as a staple because they eat carrots, apples, and leafy greens like crickets do. The b. dubias also are far easier to breed. Therefore, I can buy 200 and breed them very easily to get thousands in several months time. Crickets are not as easy for me to breed. Typically, I feed my adults about 5 or 6 medium dubias one day and on the next day I may feed 5 or 6 medium sized crickets. This helps keep diversity in their diet. As far as my juvies go I may feed them 8 - 10 small to medium dubias one day and then 10-12 small to medium crickets the next day. Also, I do not feed my adults every day, I usually feed the adults only 4 or 5 days a week. My juvies I feed maybe 6 days a week. Every once in a while I will order hornworms or silkworms to change things up. However, I find these to grow so fast I tend to wast money, so I do not get them often.
