feeder percents

hey all
recently been experimenting with different feeders. I read a post or blog (can't remember) from here and it was very informative, listing descriptions and percents of how much of this feeder or that feeder you can give to your cham. Anyone know what I'm talking about? links?

what are your thoughts on feeding chams earthworms/nightcrawlers as a main feeder?

most chams wont eat them
high calcium
low gutload potential
high parasite potential
