i collected a fresh fecal sample this morning and put it jn a zip lock bag in the fridge before I went to work. I work 8 hours..will the sample still be good to bring to the vet and have tested right when I get home ?

Yes, it will be fine.

It should be fine as long its still moist not dry up,otherwise u can always collect another fresh poop
