Favorite hiding spot

So heres the story, I set up a nice little free range in my living room, I have a nice big hibiscus tree with fake vines all through it, also has a MVB bulb above it to keep my little guy nice and warm.
Does he like his set up, yes! That is until he sees his favorite hiding spot on the other side of the room.
The ironing board, no idea why he loves to climb up on the cold metal and just stay there, but he loves it.

The birds can't attack him from above, that's why. He feels safe! LOL.

To be honest I dont think he has seen a bird since he was hatched lol. Maybe hes scared of the transformer action figure I have above the TV hah.
