they are all over in FL, invasive though....killing the native anoles.
Yes, Chamaeleolis do occur in Cuba, but the "Cuban anoles" in Florida are not Chamaeleolis, as Eric has mentioned. Those are A. equestris, or Cuban knight anoles, and although similar in morphology, they are not as cryptic (or rare) as Chamaeleolis-- totally different species.
