Thank you. I was not sure if they were sunken in or not. That is how they have looked since i got him which has only been about a month now. while I dont ever see him drink I have a mist king that runs 6 minutes twice a day and i beleive my uvb to be good reptisun T5 5.0 spaced 8 inches above basking. He is eating good feeding twice a day and he gobbles them upDifficult to say what is causing the eye's to sink in. Chameleons sink in their eye's when something is bothering them. I would make certain your Chamaeleo calypatratus is well hydrated, has good UV lighting and is eating well. If the sunken eyes continues for a while you may want to have a checkup with your local vet. A lot of the time sunk in eye's go away on their own with healthy husbandry.
Your Chamaeleo calpatratus eye's are not sunk in that much.
