Eyes Closed

Yes can. I'll post them as soon as I get home. Only reason I have it in there is because he won't go near it. He just stays in one area. I'll move it on top see if there is more movement outta him.

Got rid of Ivy and got two umbrella plants.

Update:
His eyes aren't doing any better but they aren't doing any worse. He still climbs around with his eyes barely open. Got more foliage and more places for him to climb vertically.
What environmental factors could keep his eyes like they are?

Just gave him his eye drops again and one eye seems to be improving more so than the other. He is moving it around and has it 1/2 - 3/4 fully open. So hopefully he will recover from here.

He still holds his mouth open for extended periods of time though. Still haven't figured out why.

Is his saliva thick or have you seen him blow bubbles? It sound respiratory to me.. especially the mouth being open. I would take him back to the vet and tell him to consider respiratory..

He blew a bubble today. So more than likely it's a respiratory infection. I'll call the vet tomorrow and see what I should do.

Things aren't looking any better. He is still not opening his eyes. He eats 1-2 crickets a day but drinks plenty. His poop is white and black, but you can see some undigested crickets in it. He still holds his mouth open a lot. I lowered the temps to a MAX of 80. He still does it.. Called the vet two days in a row and he hasn't returned my calls so I have no idea what to do. The next closet reptile vet is 3.5 hours away so I want to know if there is anything else I can try before taking him there. Any help would be great.

Went to the vet again today. He did a Cantnotomy on him. He cut part of his eye lids open. He said it was a birth defect that he couldn't get his eyes open and they wouldn't open enough. And said to keep using the drops. So has this ever happened to anybody before?
