Eyes are open and finally eating! Maybe starting to shed?

I took him to the vet last Friday and his eyes are finally open for longer periods of time. He will sometimes close it but definitely staying open more. He finally ate some crickets and worms today (he didn't eat for a few days due to his eye condition)!

He has this lighter patch on his casque and body. Does this mean he's going to start shedding?

He is a tad dark so it is hard to tell, but I I think he is ready to shed. How old is the little guy?

He's about 2.5 months

Yeah, I did go to Dr. Greek since he was closer. He said that his issue was pretty common and gave me some antibiotic drops to put in daily.

I've met Dr. Greek before. He is a nice man with allot of chameleon knowledge.
