Eye problems!

The other day as I was feeding my male cham he fell about 6 inches before catching himself but I think on the way down he may have done something to his eye. I will try to describe it.... You know how a chams pupil is n the middle of his eye well his is @ the top of his eye hole and all of the color is on the bottom. It looks watery and slightly crusty on the bottom. He can blink and move his eye somewhat but not like the other eye. Also when I wave my hand at him from the good side he backs up but when I do it from the side that looks bad he doesn't respond. It's like he doesn't see very well from that eye now. I am very worried ! Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Have you tried rinsing the eye with saline solution? That's fairly non-invasive as a process. I feel pretty confident saying you could do that even with a healthy eye.
