I gave him showers yesterday and today every 2 3 hours but it seems it doesnt help...does it need more time? The problem is I in the city with no vet for reptiles...
Ohh i tought so but im scared hahahah, i noticed it actually 2 weeks ago but it wasnt bad at all it wasnt visible i only saw him rubbing eye on the branch. Later i wasnt at home for like 5 days my friend was misting and feeding him, now when i got back i saw this i hope it is not too lateit wont work immediately but it should work after a week or two
Go to an exotics vet with cham experience, and fill out the ask for help form with as much detail as possible. https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ Pictures of his cage would be great, as wellHere is the update. Looks even worse to me, he doesnt see on that eye.
Superworms should be for variety, not as a staple. Feed only every other day (the veiled care sheet here has how much to feed). What do you gutload with? Try some more variety, variety is key! Butterworms, hornworms, silkworms, BSF and BSFL, blue bottle flies, mantids, small helix aspersa, painted lady butterflies, other roaches (red runners, orange headed, and ivory headed cannot climb or fly), and silk, horn, and wax worm moths, to name a few. Use only Repashy Calcium Plus LoD, use it every feeding. Does the tank have good ventilation. Get a linear 10.0 uvb bulb (Zoo Med) and fixture instead of a compact, could be part of the eye issue. Humidity should be 40-70%. What are the live plants?Chameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - male veiled, 11 months old, got him when he was 3 months old
- Handling - depends on him, he is extremely "friendly", goes to my arm by himself, sometimes 2 times a day sometimes once a week, he decides
- Feedin - crickets and superworms, offered dubias, never wanted to eat them, i offer him food every hour and a half or two, eats less past months
- Supplemens - repashy both calciums, give him ordinary with every meal and d3 twice a month
- Watering - i always see him drinking, mist him 4 times a day for like 10 minutes, sometimes 3 times when i cant make it, doing it with a pump sprayer
- Fecal Description - he poops once a day ussually in the morning clear brown... urate white
- History - got him when he was little he came in terrible condicion, seriusly uderweight, i was giving by best to recover him and he grew into wonderful cham, he ate like crazy later, now he eats poorly again, but he is really chill i can touch him he doesnt resist and he goes to my hand

- Temperature - inside ambiental about 20C now when is freezing winter in my city, basking spot about 31 C
- Humidity - et least 70 percent but sometimes the humidity in my city is 100 percent so i cant agianst that
- Plants - Moslty fake plants, and fig branches
- Placement - slightly raised on a crate, 120 cm height of terrarium itself, in a room where only I go in, nothing to disturb him
- Location - Croatia, Osijek. thats bad bc there is no vet for reptiles or any exotic animal, also during the summer temperatures go to 40C and on winters to -20C
Yeah, twice a month or ecery 2 weeks is the same thing i give him repashy multivitamin every 2 weekshe needs a multivitamin too every 2 weeks
Take the lights out of the cage and place them on the screen top. Add more branches, vines, and plant cover in the top part of the cage. Put the cage on a standHeres some pics of tank and cham
Sorry, I thought you meant Calcium Plus LoD. Use the calcium without D3 every feeding, with D3 every two weeks, and the multivitamin every 2 weeksYeah, twice a month or ecery 2 weeks is the same thing i give him repashy multivitamin every 2 weeks
