A chameleon that age should be eating around 15-20 crickets per day. As for the gutloading, it could use some improvement. Here is a link to Sandrachameleons blog about gutloading. It's very helpful.

You're using two separate calcium w/ D3? Do not use calcium w/ D3 every day. It should be used twice a month. You also need a multivitamin to be used twice a month.

Do not increase his D3 intake. It actually needs to be brought down as I said above. If the bump on his eye grows, it may need to be drained out by a vet.

You already used red, so my answers are in blue. :p

he will eat about 12 small but 2 small is as about the same as 1 medium so isn't it the same thing?

Technically. However, when feeders are too big, chams may not eat them. They know when they cant get something down, and even though he is eating the medium crickets, its more than likely because he has to eat something.
The bug should be no bigger than the space between his eyes.
I have a veiled and I did not switch to medium crickets till he was 5 months old.

The crickets are not bigger than the space between his eyes it will just not eat much he sometimes takes 6 a day. And as for the calicium one is withour (w/o) d3 daily and a multivitamin with d3 and calcium with d3 twice a month.
