eye ball

I was just watching my panther cham Budweiser on his basking branch, and i saw him rub his right eye on the branch, then he winked his eye a few times and rolled it inside his head then popped it back out. He was only doing this with one eye. Any ideas what this can be, or just normal.

Lots of chams seem to rub their eyes, especially if they are being misted. It could be a way of rubbing shed, or trying to clean his eye out. If he has a good humidity in there and seems to have no trouble with it it sounds fine.........
