Exo Terra portable mister not working

I did as the instructions say and it just spurts out a small stream, I adjusted everything, any suggestions?

They're kinda crappy, so you might consider returning it, getting your money back and ordering a Mist King. The guy who owns the reptile store here sells the Exo Terra one, but tells people to get the Mist King because it's a far superior product. JMO.

I have the exo terra one aswell. Returned and exchanged the first one and not happy with the new one either. They don't keep the cycle like they claim and too much money for all the problems. I have to work it manually to get it to mist.

My iguana loves the mister but not so much my cham. I found the drip vine they just came out with and hooked it up to the dripper and she likes that a lot better and it's much nicer then the dripper alone. Check that out, they've worked for me
