Everyday Calcium suggestions?

Hello everyone!! Thank you again for all your wonderful help! Mr. Speck seems very happy since I shut his heat bulb at night and changed it from red to a regular household bulb for 12 hour light/heat exposure, and of course his UVB Coil bulb...now...my question. I've been giving speck crickets dusted with calcium including d3 every few days...but I know I need a daily supplement/and/or calcium...anyone have comments or suggestions as to what I should use on a daily basis? And has anyone ever seen the "calciworms" in the yellow and red container? Any thoughts on those?

Generally we use plain Calciun daily.
Calcium with d 3 twice a month.
Multivit twice a month.
Calciworms are good but don't use them as Popeye won't touch them. I believe if feeding them or silkworms they don't need dusting. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Essentially any brand of calcium is ok as long as it is phosphorous-free and contains no vitamin D3. My prefered brand is Repashy for everything, so I get their calcium no D3, which I buy from Pangeareptile.com . But there are lots of good brands people use.

It's just important to stop using D3 several times weekly because it can become dangerous in high doses.That's why we only recommend it about twice monthly.
