Today I took George out of his cage to give it a clean down, turned my back for a moment and he'd dashed up my curtains and was rather happy with himself!

George has now taken to regularly escaping while I'm cleaning him out, now though he just sits and watches!

Just be careful when you take him outside to free range. They move fast when they want to.
I am just heartsick for the member that just lost her cham outside.

Oh absolutely! I've now got him an outdoor hanging cage so there's no risk of him escaping, indoors there's not many places he can hide and he enjoys running around! I keep my eyes on him very closely
