Another Casque Update…

I just got home from work and went to water my Veiled when I noticed how big his casque has gotten. I’m super happy that he’s healthy and thriving!

He was NOT happy about getting taken from his cage, though.

(Ignore the safety sock on my hand… he was a bit feisty and I didn’t want him getting hurt. His lights were off and I didn’t want to flash him with a light, so I took him out for a brief moment )

Wow! So I had to go all the way back to your first post to compare and WOW!

I almost forgot how frail he looked when I first got him . That darned pet store 100% was NOT feeding him properly. Poor fella had some toothpick-thin arms

I love seeing his growth! Look what a happy (sassy) chameleon boy you've raised He's giving you all the spots and everything!

He certainly was in rough shape. While he isn’t capable of thanking you for not just saving his life, but giving him his best life possible, there’s no doubt he appreciates everything.
