Do you mean she's a bit restless or actually digging? She's still just a bit over a year old, right? If she is working on a fresh batch of eggs it might be that you are keeping her a bit too hot, or overfeeding her. Does she see a male at all? This could make her lay, even if she wasn't mated.............
 
One study that was done said that they generally produce eggs every 120 or so days when not mated...but I think sometimes there may be factors that make them produce them more often once in a while.
 
My veiled laid Jan 17th this year and is about 2 weeks from laying again. Which would be around 7 weeks. So it can happen. How about a pic if you can....
