Eggs fertile or not???

My female veiled chameleon just laid her first clutch of eggs, 44 to be exact. I have had her for 5 months now. When I got her they told me that she was a male so they may have put her accidentally in a cage of males when she was younger.The eggs look white but this is new to me and I'm not sure if they are fertile or not. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

I'm going to assume no. If she's been separated from males for that long

It’s possible. They retain sperm so they can lay multiple clutches of fertile eggs from one mating. They will go moldy in a few days or so if they are infertile.

while it is possible since chams do retain sperm, it may not be likely, I would buy a bag of vermiculite and incubate just in case but I doubt theyre fertile.

How old was she when you got her?

now that I think about it, if you've had her for 5 months and she just now laid her first clutch if you do the math, she should have been too young to breed. usually they ly around 6-8 months their first clutch although its different for every cham, the eggs shouldn't be fertile.
