Egg wait

Anyone have any idea how long a veiled chameleon takes to lay her eggs from the time you place them in their nesting bin??

What is her behavior?
What prompted you to move her there?
How long since mating?

She is carrying Non - fertile eggs. About three weeks ago she stopped eating and started digging, I had x-rays taking of her and showed a belly full of eggs. Since then she hasn’t showed interest in laying or digging. So im wondering what a typical time frame is, before I should start getting concerned.

A veiled female may dig several test holes but should settle on one and dig it until she is satisfied with it. If you were letting her see you watching her and she abandoned the hole because of that you may have pushed her towards eggbinding. Did you talk to the vet about giving her a shot of calcium and a shot of oxytocin?
