Eating live plant in cage?

My 3.5 month old male veiled chameleon is eating his umbrella plant leaves. Is this safe? Is this normal? My mist king goes on multiple times a day and I see that hes drinking and I dont know if him eating the leaves means he needs more water or vegetation in his diet? If so what are good veggies and or fruit is good to feed to him?

I'm not sure what kind of veggies they can have but it's normal for them to eat their plants

agreed, it’s common for them to eat leaves from umbrellas as well as many other plants. just a simple search for a veiled caresheet/diet should give you all of the answers that you are looking for. google should do it, but of course there will be many threads in here as well.
