earth worms

can they eat earth worms ? like ones i find in my backyard haha

I heard they have lots of calcium, but I don´t know if they can eat them

If i remember they are safe but as always wild insects have a chance of carrying parasites, And a lot of chams refuse to eat them. I put some earth worms in my pygmy vivarium as part of a clean up crew
