Early morning mist

Would it be harmful or beneficial if i were to mist my chams cage an hour n half before lights turn on? I leave for work bout an hour to hour n half before the lights come on and dont get home till 3hrs before the lights turn off. Would it be ok to lightly mist before i leave home?

It might wake them up but other then that I don't see any harm. Or you might be able to find an automatic mister

What time do you go to work? Maybe you could have their light come on earlier.
