These hoehnelii starter kits just arrived. Mom is doing well.

She's a tank. I thought she was done earlier this year but she just dropped this batch of 15.
You know I'm a one species person but these little fellas are winning me over. They don't require the massive cages of the big three species and they aren't any harder to keep than Jackson's.

I feel the same way about the kinyongia boehmei. They do well in the smaller cages, are easy to care for (in my climate), and are super active. I think the two species are similar in size...the kinyongia might be a smidge smaller. You see photos of the hoehs and it doesn't show just how small they really are. Super cute!

And now once again you've made me panic and run to check my eggs!
