Dying veiled

I believe my 4 year old female veiled Carmie may be dying. She has been going downhill quickly. I had her at the vet a few weeks ago because her eyes were puffy and she couldn't see to eat, the vet figured it was blocked sinus ducts and suggested eye drops. I started using the drops and her eyes went back to normal. Over the last week or so the puffiness has been coming and going again even with use of the drops. During the same period I have found her hanging out at the bottom of her cage quite a bit, and over the last two days I have found her at the bottom of her cage in a position like she had fallen, her grip is minimal and her eyes are sunken in. I don't think she is going to make it much longer, she has been laying on me for the last hour without moving:( my question is , does anybody hae any suggestions that I can do to make her comfortable? I cannot leave her on her branches in her cage because I don't want her falling anymore, any ideas of what I can do in her cage to make it safe from falling? I'm gonna go out and get her a juicy hornworm to see if she will eat it.
 
Has she laid eggs? does she have a good place to lay eggs?

Can you fill out the form and post photos of her please?

If it was a sinus infection, then she would need meds, not eye drops.

The vet didn't think it was a sinus infection, just clogged up sinus'. She has never laid eggs and there is a proper laying bin in her cage. I will fill out the form and pics soon as I'm currently not at home.

Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? mist king, 2 nozzels, 1 min every two hours all day, rarely see her drink
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? typical looking droppings and urate
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you. never laid a clutch,

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? 2'x2'x4' tall screen, three sides covered w plastic for humidity, laying bin provided
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? 60w incandescent for basking heat, 2' exo terra 5.0 uv tube, 7am-8pm
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? 82 basking, approx 70 at bottom/overnight
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? humidifier running near cage, 50-80% depending on season and misting
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? pothos and schleferra, she doesnt eat either one at all
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? no vents or fans, 4' floor to bottom cage,low traffic finished basement
Location - Where are you geographically located?Ontario, Canada
 
very week grip, she has fallen into laying bin, she ate a big juicy hornworm , I had to hand feed it and help her with it. she has only eaten close up since eye puffiness issues, Her mouth looks good, vet checked it last week. I have found her in lower areas of cage the last two days, very unusual, I think she may have fallen a few times :( , she is currently sleeping on a mid cage branch which is unusual since she has slept at top of cage since birth---I think she may be scared of falling and that is why she has been staying lower in cage?

image.jpg here she is this eve, her eyes look horrible, she looks like she is getting dehydrated, I'm hoping the juicy hornworm will help hydrate her, I am going to try another tomorrow, she has gone downhill very quickly.
 
Carmie was at the bottom of her cage again this morn, she looks a bit better, I just got some water into her and put a light for heat lower in her cage. I got a look into her mouth, her tongue has an orange look to it rather than pink, this concerns me, any ideas? I tried getting a pic but it's tough on my phone, this is the best I can do right now for a pic of the colour of her tongue, I will try again later. image.jpg
 
:( How very sad to see her like that. Brings back so many memories for me of both Lily and Amy. I really hope you can help her , the helpless feeling is awful. :(
 
So I've been looking in carmies mouth and her tongue has yellow stuff all over it, from what I have researched on the forum she has mouth rot, I am going to get her back to the vet ASAP for some antibiotics. Does anybody think that his could possibly be causing her weakness? I'm not really sure how long her mouth has been like this. I'm really quite hopeful that we symptoms are related to this and that she may not be dying a long as I can get her treated ASAP.
