he guys, ive heard so many ways to dust crickets for my cham i have a panther 3-4 months i dust the crickets twice a week with cal-d3 and multi-vit is that the proper way should it be less or more??? btw check my post on the general disc i need some advice on sexing him... thank you very much

herptivite for the vits the blue label 1 and for calcium the rep cal with d3 pink label

use those both twice a month and get a plain calcium without d3 and use that daily. I use Sticky Tongue Farms Miner-All plain calcium. If you choose this one, make sure it is the OUTDOOR forumula, as the indoor one contains d3. Can be purchased online at LLL Reptiles.
