Dulce (my Cuban Knight Anole)

Dulce is four months old now and up to 18 grams. She's getting so big and so friendly. I allow her to free range part time and she hates going back in the cage. Shortly she'll be big enough to free range full time......when she's 20 grams.

No, she was WC and when we first took her in she would run from you and jump. She's a little sweetie now though.

Thanks Syn!!!! I never knew you could love a little anole so much but Dulce has quite a personality as you can see from the video and pictures.

She is getting big - looks like a handful of anole! - I've been reading a book about anoles lately, but haven't found that much specific to the Cuban Knight anole (or other species for that matter) - more general ecology ad evolution.

That is because she is a Cuban Knight Anole, I believe they are the largest species of anole (I could be wrong).

Dulce's about 12 inches long counting her tail. She's only 4 months old and should continue to grow until close to a year.
