Dubias...how to slow growth down?

wondering if you can slow down growth of dubia so their growth doesn't outpace the requirements of the chameleon

Good luck with that. Keeping the temp cooler with slow growth of the colony.

At about 65-69 degrees they will stop reproducing.

Another option is to pull the males out and house them separately, females will still birth for a while, but it will slow the rate for the future.

You could feed off the females if your chameleon is big enough to eat them.

You could sell/give away most of your colony.

The best way is to lower their protein intake and lower the temps. Works like a charm!
