dubia toughness

Do about a week ago i was feeding my cham small dubia, and one was left over for a few hours left in the cup during some misting. since the cup was wet and i thought that the roach had drowned, since it hasnt moved for hours in the flooded cup. i then threw it down the drain. So today i woke up to do my morning release. then befor washing my hands i looked into the sink and there it was. crawled back from the dead
