Exactly, put 1 week of feeders in a separate bin the day before you give them to your cham. Let them chomp on the gutload for 24 hrs then dust and feed as normal.

If you have a powdered gutload you can mix in some water in a shallow dish to provide extra moisture. Keep the mixture pretty thick so no feeders get trapped in it and drown.

yeah that's what I do. The food I give them they eat up though. I put the approved veggies in there as well.. but they do eat that too
