I'm sorry for all you on forum maybe I'm naive :/ but I ask a lot of questions cuz I worry a lot :p I just want to make sure I do everything right for my cham.
This is random but, I heard people use icecubes for a dripper? XD is that true? Does it work?

Not a good idea...... Get a Zoo Med dripper... I use the large 1, it will drip all day. Mine drips into a tupperware catch with a screen top, & it has a drain hose that empties into a gallon size milk container in the cabinet underneath

Yes my whole system works well... I live alone so when I leave for work in the morning all I have to do is dust some crix, fill the dripper and my Mist King takes care of the misting duties for me all day.... then when I get home I may give Ernie some special food treats;) If you live close enough... you are more than welcome to come visit us:D

Aww Ernie that sounds so cute :)
How far is Oconomowac from Wausau? :p

it works but the forum doesnt recomend it not so sure why probibly because its very temparary and so cold most chams wont mess with it.

I used to use ice cubes in a tupperware that has pin holes in the bottom. If it drips in front of the basking spot, it is fine. Be sure to use something to remove the chlorine or use distilled water.

i did the same thing with my small cage. put ice cubes in the tub sitting next to the heat lamp and my cham liked it.

always had fish and large tanks so i always have chlorine free water sitting around

i dont do that with the cage i use now cuz it can suport the lights and a dripper full of water
