Dripper?!

hey everyone how long do you keep your dripper going for? i fill mines up once a day and my baby panthers dont seem interested in it, i do have a mist king so wondering if there getting there water already, any suggestions? thanks all

I keep my dripper going for most of the day. I hand mist several time a days too. While I dont see my guy interested in his dripper, I feel better knowing its there, in case he gets thirsty between mistings, or I am gone for a few hours.

what is the purpose of running the dripper all night if your chameleon is sleeping?

you must drip it extremely slow then!?? I go through a gallon or so a day. How does you chameleon even drink from that then?. What does it drip a drop every 10 minutes though or something? I would think it would serve no drinking purpose if it dripped like that. I mean how could it?

It drips about every 20 seconds and he sits at the top and drinks directly from it. Yours must drip extremely fast.

Mine drips like drip, pause drip, pause dripetc..... I don't know, that is what Kammerflage Kreations told me to set it at when I first got my chameleon cause I was not sure what to do. I guess it really does not matter, as long as your chameleon is drinking and is well hydrated.

Mine drips a drip every 20 seconds or so. I turn the dripper off at night, cuz like carol said, he doesnt need it when hes sleeping. besides,he tends to sleep in his basking spot, and i have his dripper dripping over his basking spot. SO it has to go off. I forgot once, he was very angry with me when he was still awake at 11 at night.
I have a big little dripper, I would simply suggest leaving it going all day.
