Dramatic color transformation: Panther

This is Paisley, my approximately 5 month old panther chameleon. Recently she has undergone a very dramatic color change. She went from an ashy-green to a vibrant peach color in about a week.

Is this her being gravid?
OR
Is she getting her permanent color?

I am happy either way. She has stolen my heart, and I adore her. I just wanted to see what you all thought! Before and after pictures.

Hi, I know when my Panther sheds his skin it goes from being a ashy color to vibrant color in a matter of a very short time. I'm retired now so I have seen this change 4 times since I've had him ... but someone who's at work or at school wouldn't see it as much. .

@AZweifel The new colors are receptive colors. She is going to likely produce eggs now even if she has not mated.

Yup, she will be making some eggs! Time for a lay bin!

Awesome!! I have her laying bin set up already. It's a permanent addition to her enclosure. How long do you think until she lays?
