DragonStrand - Latch issues?

Has anyone else had any issues with the latches breaking or coming off completely? If so what did you do to replace them. I have one that the whole thing popped out of the frame and on a clearside atrium that I got used is missing a couple of the black latches

If this is on a cage you got directly from Dragon Strand, please send an email with the order number and images. If it looks like the tab was riveted with too high a power I'll make sure it is taken care of. If this was a cage you got used then you can create a replacement latch out of velcro. eMail me at [email protected] and we can figure out how to get those cages back up and operational one way or the other.
