double-edged sword

I was so excited to start hand-feeding Ellie a few days ago, since then I think she's gotten lazy/spoiled. I had to go into work earlier so I only had time to hand-feed a couple, then I put the rest in a cup. She barely touched them! At first I thought something was wrong but I tried feeding her....she ate them ALL. *SIGHHHHHH* This little girl has got me wrapped around her little feet!

LOL! dont let her get to lazy, she does need some excersize :D

I hand and cup feed the first few bugs, then release some on the vines in the cages.
I use a modified Dirt Devil with a long hose attachment to suck up the uneaten stray cricks.

Haha yeah I'm cutting back on the hand feeding. She's perfectly capable of eating on her own and she gets to free range for parts of the day too. It's hard though since I'm the enabler :)

My male Sambava is the same way, his first owner handled him everything. So now he expects me too. He hasn't eaten in a few days to show me that he's the boss..
