Double dome fixtures for Chameleon

So I was recently approached by someone who mentioned, “Double done fixtures aren’t adequate for chameleon uvb. It doesn’t reach optimum uvi deep enough in the enclosure for your chameleon to get any actual uvb.”

is this true?

I have the uvb and heat bulbs above the tank in the center and situated the branches to be within the specs of the heat/uvb wave lengths/inches

Is there something I’m missing here?

She seems to sit underneath the light most of the day and move within the canopy up and down.
