Donatella and the Vet

Dona's eyes didn't get better, so I took her to the vet today. She was diagnosed with an early stage eye infection that hasn't yet spread to other areas. I was given an antibiotic eye drop solution to clear it up, and she should be just fine.

We also learned that she is otherwise in perfect health and weighs 31 grams :)

Hello, how old is your cham? Is he/she a veiled? I am not assuming your avatar being Dona :)

I asked because I am worried, my male panther which is assumed to be 5 months more or less weighs only 10 grams. It's either he's too skinny or the scale is broken..

can you post a pic of your cham? I have a 4 1/2 month old panther is on the small side too. Is your cham eating, drinking and pooping ok? If so, then I would not worry. Some just grow slower and may just be smaller. It does not mean anything is wrong.

Hi Carol, thanks for responding. Brandon is on my avatar. But just in case I will attach pic again. This is taken 1/2 weeks ago. The problem is I am working almost the whole day. So I get to play with him in the morning, let him basks and absorbs natural sunlight on my hand for couple minutes before I go to work. The rest of the time he's been fed and sprayed by a keeper at home. The keepers said to have seen him eats. At least I clean his poo every other night and it's a lot :)
So yes I assume he's eating and poo just fine. Also, he's roughly 5" from tip of nose to vent, does it look like 5 mo old ambilobe?
