Does raising a baby cham prevent it from getting angry later on?

Im just curious, Ive seen people saying their cham's wont let them hold them, or they lunge to bite them. But I'm wondering if you raise it as a baby and get it used to you, will it turn on you later or not? My baby cham seems to actually enjoy being held and walks around all over, moving faster than usual. He sticks his arms out as my finger gets close to him

I just hope that doesn't change !
