Does my jacksons look healthy?

In the last picture, he is more upset than usual. But is this a 'normal' color for jacksons to be all the time?
 
A really relaxed jax male would be mor of a solid leaf green, no darker markings as an adult.
 
His size and weight look good and his eyes don't look sunken. However he looks too drak/patchy. He should be a solid light green possibly with blue/yellow/darker green hints... absolutely no grey/black/brown. How long ago did he start his shed... is he retaining shed?
 
My Cham

This is the color that mine is when out of cage. He did darken up when I put him back in which means he was stressed. Is that white specks on the side skin shedding?
