does my enclosure look ok?

The sticks and the design look good. You'll need more plants for your Cham to hide in. What are you doing to control your humidity? If that's a water bowl you'll want to ditch it and get a dripper or misting system. :) Enjoy being the parent to your new Cham.

I notice you have a water dish. Chameleons don't drink from water dishes. Also i'm assuming the second dish is a food dish. You should probably attach it to one of the top branches because they don't like to go down for their food. Also as @Mrjamwin said, you need more plants. This is so the chameleon is feeling more secure, and so that she can drink. Like I mentioned, chameleons don't drink from still water, but drink off leaves. But if there are no leaves... you get the point.
Also, she needs a laying bin. Female chameleons lay eggs even without ever mating. Females need a deep bin at the bottom of the enclosure for her to dig a tunnel and lay the eggs. Like i said, it should be pretty deep, and filled with a moist enough substrate so that the chameleons tunnel won't collapse. Also what temp is the basking spot? The lamp looks pretty far away from what I assume to be the basking branch.

Please fill this out so we can make sure everything is fine.

See my feedback and questions in red bold. :)

Chameleon Info:
  • Your Chameleon - Veiled, Female, Was purchased in February, 3 days The species, sex, and age of your chameleon.
  • Handling - Only to clean the enclosure
  • Feeding - superworms in a bowl 24/7 . crickets about 10 every other day, I tried feeding her apples but she didn't eat any at all. Superworms should be removed from the cage and only given as snacks meaning 1 or 2 here and there. Do you know her approximate age? I would start slowly reducing her feeders from 10 every other day. No feeding her fruits at all. What are you doing for gutload for the feeders? See image.
  • Supplements - Zoomed repti calcium, zoo med repti calcium with D3 is being shipped, dusted every time fed crickets What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? Ok so you will want to lightly dust all feeders given, with Calcium WITHOUT D3 at each feeding. Then 2 times a month use calcium WITH D3 and 2 times a month use a multivitamin. Do this in rotation week over week with these two supplements. Reptivite without D3 is a good multivitamin.
  • Watering - I mist 3 times a day for about 2 minutes, even though she runs from the mister and gets very angry, a dripper is on the way, for right now I have a bowl with holes on the bottom filledice on the top of the cage dripping. Try not to mist her directly You want to soak down her plants. You can cover the sides and back of the enclosure with window film or a shower curtain to keep the water in.
  • Fecal Description - brown, and white its pretty solid but mushy at the same way if tat makes sense. not that I believe I recommend to everyone to get a fecal done to ensure there is not a parasite issue.
  • History - Just that I'm new to this.
Cage Info:
  • Cage Type - Screen, 16x16x36. Consider an upgrade 2x2x4. This is a small cage to try to add a lay bin to.
  • Lighting - zoomed reptisun t5-ho terarium hood is on the way and zoomed repti basking spot lamp 75w Perfect.
  • Temperature - 84 is basking temp, the rest is about 75, at night it gets about 60, right now im just using a zoomed thermometer/ hydrometer. You want it no hotter then about 84 at basking for a female.
  • Humidity - I try to keep it at 50, by misting the tank and using the ice method Daytime humidity should be between 30-40% night time humidity can be up to 100%
  • Plants - Dracaena Warneckii Live plants are great. Pothos and dwarf umbrellas are good too. just cover the soil with 1 inch or larger rocks so she does not eat the soil.
  • Placement- in my bedroom there are no fans or high trafic, the top of the cage is about 5 feet good.
  • Location - New York
With females you are looking at their UVB lighting, supplements, number of feeder, and temperatures much more closely then with males. All of these directly impact how many eggs they will lay. The more eggs the harder it is on a female. It is typical for a first lay to happen at about a year old.

thank you so much honestly i haven’t been gut loading because i didn’t even know what that was until today.
Get repashy bug burger. Follow the directions. Get some powdered bee pollen and add about a teaspoon to the mixture. :) It lasts about a week in the fridge and is a water and nutrition source for feeders. Change it out each day.

Well if that is just her body then I am gonna say she is more like 9 months or so.

As far as the leaning on the branch. They do this to warm up the surface area of the side of their body for digestion.
thank you so much for all of your help i appreciate it so muchh!!
