Does my Cham not like Crickets?

He will eat a couple out of a cup then crawl away and he keeps crawling all over the cage right over the crickets and he won't eat them. He only ate a few yesterday so tomorrow when my small cage comes I'm going to release a bunch of crickets in his cage and let him hunt maybe he doesn't like cup feeding. What do you guys think?

Most babies like crickets. They don't get picky until they are older. :) What kind of supplements are you dusting with? Some chameleons do not like certain supplements.

I wouldn't release too many crickets in the new enclosure because you will need to get all uneaten crickets back out before he goes to sleep or the crickets can and often do eat on your cham.

Calcium plus, I'm going to release about 10, will they really try to eat my cham lol?

Yes, I've seen pictures on here where they ate holes in the side of a chameleon.

Oh wow thats scary i'll make sure to get them out when he sleeps for now on. Is it a certain type of cricket or is it all crickets? I have like tan ones I heard black crickets bite though.

Crickets are crickets for the most part(the differences are going to be largely negligible). Jann *is* right about removing them; I had a Lizard when I was (much) younger and the crickets did bite him hard enough to break the scales.
