I have a 10 mounth or so female veiled who for the most part is great. She is happy accept I have noticed a white crusty film that is on her nostrills.At first I thought it was part of her molting but she shed completly and now it is back. One side hs cleared up but I am concerned that it is a sickness or infection. Does this sound like anything you guys have seen or experienced?

My Veileds get that too. I read that its normal, its salt deposits due to low humidity I think. I'm sure someone else has more info, but I dont think there is anything to worry about.

yup, that's all it is. Some water has a higher salt content. If it is a constant problem you might consider bottled spring water.
