Do your varmints eat when the are shedding?

I got all these nice juicy worms but he seems pre occupied with his shedding..

Loki doesn't eat as much when he's shedding or about to shed and then a little bit of time after. But since he's still growing, he'll hit another growth spurt and you won't be able to feed him enough!

Neelix hardly eats at all 4 days before, during & 4 days after shedding. I can usually get 1 feeder, 2 if I'm lucky, down him a day. He gets his appetite back and then it starts all over again! Poor guy.
