Do you guys think this tree looks like mulberry?

I found this tree in my yard and I was thinking it was mulberry but I want another opinion before I invest in silkworm eggs, only to find out is not.

this is just a branch, the tree is probably 10-15 feet tall

It looks like it to me… But the best way to tell would be to look for fruit

Okay thanks. It doesn’t have any fruit on it. I’m not sure if it already has this year

Yea the birds are quick to pick it - but you may find some evidence of it on a huge tree. The leaves do look like it, though.

Yeah I’ve been see some of these pop up around my house. This one is the biggest though
