Do my veiled chameleon eggs look healthy? We bought a pregnant veiled chameleon and was told this was her first clutc

Most of her eggs were infertile. And I don’t know know if the vermiculite is the right ratio of moisture since we had to take out 9 infertile eggs

I think the eggs are fine.

I see you're using the fine grained vermiculite. I prefer the coarse grained because I find it holds the moisture level better...more evenly.

To test the vermiculite for moisture, you need to take a handful of what you've moistened when you're setting up the container and squeeze it. There should be no more than a drop or two of water coming out of it.

If you need to add water now that you're incubating the eggs, add it around the edge of the container not near or on the eggs.
When you check the container don't leave the lid off for very long.

I've never seen chameleon eggs before! Thank you for making this post!
Also they hardcore look like potatoes with a cat eye. I wonder why they all have that black stripe
