Do I need to mist if my humidity levels are spot on?

I live on the coast in Northern California and from what my meter is telling me the humidity ranges from 40 to 80% through out the day.
What other purpose is there? Help with shedding?

and yes, a drip system is in place.

ive been wondering the same thing myself, I've been giving my boy alot of water through hornworms, silkworms, and a dripper. But i mist just incase thats not enough

if you have a dripper, and if humidity is spot on, then you dont need to mist/spray very often. But its good for their eyes and skin /shedding to have a little spray now and then. I only mist mine once a week (they happily successfully get their drinking water from drippers)
