do I need a basking lamp?

I have not had a problem in the past keeping the cage at the right temp,but recently I had my window unit break down,and had to replace it with a smaller unit.Now the cage stays around 85 without the basking lamp on.I tried a 25 watt bulb,but even with that the temp gets up to 110.So,will she be fine without the basking lamp on?

she is a ambilobe/tamative pather.she is 9 months old but very small for her age.I'd say only 4 1/2 inches without tail.

does she need a bright cage to catch her prey or is rhe uvb enough for her to see them?

She needs to be in a well lighted room or she may thing it's night time and try to go to sleep.
