Do babies always come out head first?

I have a baby trying to come out breech. Should I try to assist?

I have never had one come out tail first. I would just leave it. It should still be able to come out at some point. How long has it been like that?

yeah, give it a couple days. We just had a baby take 5 days from piping to hatching..
