Three years ago I got interested in dart frogs and I built a custom background in a exo terra using Great Stuff expanding foam and silicone to glue a moss and dirt mixture to it . If its safe for these guys can I put it in a chameleon setup ?

I would think it would depend on the chameleon/species. If you did something like this for a veiled (or other species/individual that eats plants/dirt,) it might try to eat it, which would be bad. For something like pygmies, or an animal that needs higher humidity and doesn't eat plants/dirt, then it could work. You can also use a laminated printed background to hang (like maybe a forest scene or something you would like) on the back of the cage.

I made the great stuff background for my pygmy tank and it looks nice, but I would never make one for my veiled that eats plants.
