Discoloration on Veiled Chameleons arm.

Hey cham fam! My male Veiled Chameleon "Emilio" has this strange spot on his arm that just appeared today that wasn't there yesterday. I am concerned because it almost looks smooth/shiny and different from any other spot on his body. He normally always displays his beautiful colors and rarely ever darkens up but today he seems to be darker than usual as if he is stressed. Although he is darkening up this yellow spot does not change color and remains the same shade of yellow.

He's approximately 6 months old and I'm not sure if maybe this is just his new colors coming in? If anyone has any idea on what this may be please let me know!

He's very active always moving around. He's rarely ever grumpy/stressed out. Doesn't mind being handled while cleaning his cage. He's overall a very happy little cham. He's approximately 6 months old. I've had him since he was 2 months old. He has a 24x24x48 reptibreeze. He has one giant golden pothos, one small pothos, and one croton. With many sticks and vines so he can access any point of his cage. I currently have the dual bulb light fixture with a 75w tropical bulb for his basking and a reptisun 5.0. His basking spot is just under 90 degrees and his ambient temp is around 78 degrees. He will eat anything that moves he's a very good eater. His current feeders are a staple of crickets and an occasional small super worm as a treat. I gutload all of my feeders and for the crickets I use; arugula, collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens, apples, oranges, bee pollen and a few times a week I'll use carrots. He also eats dandelion greens, collars greens, apples, raspberrys and almost anything I put in his feeder cup.
