Hi,
I have had a yemen chameleon for 1,5 years. He was almost 2 months as I got him. I'm very beginner. It's my first chameleon. I keep him absolutely free range.
Since this summer he has been walking out and came back in the night. Last summer he has been sitting in the opened window but not really outside. Anyhow my question is the following. We have now around 19-21° C. I have lamps inside but Dino still goes outside. He comes back in the evening. I take him to the lamp where he warms up for few hours. During the day he goes out. I wish to give him so much freedom as I can. Anyhow.. Should I forbid him to walk outside by this temperatures? Or can he instinctively choose the best for him and when he prefers to stay outside, I should just le him to do it?
